Oh what do you do in the summer time?

We have been having such a fun summer. The weather has finally started to get nice so we have been outside a lot. So our Blog has been lacking, but I hope to get all caught up soon.  Here is what we did the month of June.

I have had the hardest time keeping this kid dressed. Every time I turn around he is NAKED, and playing in the back yard. Thank goodness for a fenced in back yard. I worried about him getting on and off the tramp but he seems to do just fine.

Bennett is so cute! I say be naked while it is still cute to be naked right?

Kenidee Loves the water too. We had not gotten a pool yet so the next best thing is a huge puddle at the end of the slide.

Kenidee has been practicing how to wink. I think she getting good at it.

Kenidee lives in her swim suit. I am surprised that her swim suit matches this day. She usually mixes and matches her tops and bottoms. She does not care as long as she can be in her swim suit, and out in the sun and water.

Still cute to be naked and play in the water.

Aunt Rachelle often comes over and helps keep me sane. She is so good with my kids. Bennett was so happy to help feed Eli, even if it was sitting in the middle of the kitchen.

Bennett has been very attached to his binky, one night we just couldn't find one so he went to bed with out it. A friend of ours gave us a little bike it needed a few parts, so we went to get the parts for it and it ended up being just as much to get a new little bike. So Bennett's reward for giving up his binky was a new "big boy" bike. He loves it he goes so fast. This is the second day he had his bike and he found a puddle across the street, he rode back and forth in that puddle  for a long time. Bennett was loving every second of it. For the next few days when he woke up he would come in my room and ask me if he could go ride his big boy bike.  He is still working on stopping, he just runs into whatever to stop. Bennett keeps us all laughing and smiling.

We have an empty lot next to our house. Kenidee loves to go out and pick "flowers."
We went for a picnic with Justen and his family. The kids just ran and played they would all hang on to this branch, Bennett was on the end and when Kenidee and Mitchell would let go Bennett would get lifted up so he couldn't reach the ground.

I love this picture. It was taken on flag day. To raise money the Scouts in our ward come and put up and take down flags on holidays. I love it! The roads in our subdivision are lined with flags. It is beautiful really.  So Bennett escaped this morning when I went out to find him he was standing under the flag just watching it wave in the breeze.

2 month check up (a month late)

We took Eli for his 2 month check up 11 lbs 13 oz  22 inches long. his head is 15 in. Eli has been holding up his head more , and has started "talking" and smiling. Most nights he sleeping from about 9:00pm to 5 am,and then goes back to sleep for a few more hours. Eli usually sleeps better when Robin is home for the night, and he loves to sleep on his tummy, and talking to Kenidee and Bennett.  Eli has come close to rolling over. One day  I think he would have if my leg wouldn't have been in his way.  It is so fun to see his personality come out.
We also took Bennett for his check up and he is 29 lbs 35 1/2 inches long. Bennett gives us a run for our money! He is so busy! From the second he wakes up he is moving, talking and singing! He loves to "fix" things. This often makes things for someone else to fix. Bennett loves being outside, cars, trains, planes, anything with wheels really. He is a BIG tease, I think he loves to hear Kenidee squeal.
