Seven months! (now pics and a clip of him crawling)

Well tomorrow my baby boy will be seven month old.... where does the time go. He went to his six month appointment on the 15 of June and here are Bennett's stats for 6 months.
27 3/4 inches long
17 lbs and 4 oz
head is 17.25 cm
He is getting so big and really funny. He loves to laugh and to smile. He is a womanizer. He melts just about any ones heart with his wonderful smile and his dang cute dimple. He is getter better and better at sitting up, but this boy never holds still. he has been "crawling" (not on all fours) for about a month now. He is now just getting faster and faster.
He has started giving kisses. It is so incredibly cute, but beware if you ask him for a kiss you will get a mouth full of slobber. Bennett is a drooling machine. I don't think it ever turns off. It get worse when he is laughing or being really really happy.
I will post a picture and a little clip of him crawling later.

What a funny girl!

Kenidee is so funny, she always keeps me laughing even when I am frustrated with her. so I would like to share a few Kenidee stories.
Kenidee: Mom I want a skinny pig.
Me: A what?
Kenidee: you know mom a skinny pig, and I will name it fluffy just like Charlie and Lola.( a cartoon on disney she is obsessed with)
Me:Oh a ginny pig.
Kenidee: yeah a skinny pig.

My wedding dress had not been cleaned so my mom found out that if you wash it in laundry soap with no dyes or smells and use a stain aid that is clear too, and wash it in your washer on a gentle cycle it will wash it just fine. So I was brave and brought my dress home to wash.
I unzipped the bag to my dress and.....
Kenidee: oh mom is that your princess dress?
Me: yep I wore this when I married your daddy.
Kenidee: OH MOM IT IS SO SPARKLIE (as she is touching the beading so soft)
she is such a girl. She already tells me things like
"mom when I get married I am going to have a princess dress huh." or " mom when I find my prince I will get lots of flowers too huh."

One day she was running around all crazy and she runs up to me and says.... "mom I am a busy girl huh!" do you think she has heard this before?

Kenidee really really wants a puppy. Robin is all for it, but me I don't want a dog to take care of.
This is how our conversations about getting a dog goes.
Kenidee: mom do you like dogs?
me: no not really. ( i know boo hiss for me)
Kenidee: can I get a dog when I get big and big and bigger.
Me: Kenidee you can have a dog when you have your own house and your own kids.
Kenidee: okay mom!
a few days later......
Kenidee: Mom you don't like dogs do you
Me: they are fine when they live at someone elses house.
Kenidee: mom I can get a dog when I have my own house and my own kids huh.
Me: Sounds good to me.

Kenidee: mom can we go to Aunt Chelles house.
Me: not today but maybe another day
Kenidee: I have so much fun at chelles house. she let me play with all her special things....like ...... her monkey and her head(a mannequin head rachelle uses to scare people) she give me candy bars....(granola bars) Chelle is so fun huh.
Kenidee: Mom we don't say naughty words do we.
Me: no we don't
Kenidee: we don't say naughty words like..... (she looks at me) shut up.
Me: no that is a naughty word.
Kenidee: we don't say oh crap!
Me:nope that is a naughty word too.
Kenidee: and Stupid is a naughty word too huh mom
Me : yes kenidee they are all naughty words.
Kenidee: I will not say naughty words.
then she looks at me like HA I just said all the naughty words and didn't get in trouble.

Kenidee and our neighbor boy Logan are about the same age and they DO NOT get along. So one day after church I asked Kenidee did you play with Logan in nursery....Kenidee tell me no mom not today, Logan had his angry eyes in.

SOD!!!

We finally have SOD !!! A huge semi of sod showed up last night about 7:30 and unloaded 16 pallets of fresh cut SOD. We sat on the steps and snapped a few pictures of them dropping off the SOD. Early this morning they were here laying the SOD, it even started pouring and they kept laying the SOD. I felt so bad for them. they were all soaked.
Kenidee loved watching them. When they were out front she watched out the window, when they moved to the back she sat on the deck and sang to them. I think she was just as excited as I was to get SOD.
I took a few pictures of them laying the Sod and one of the workers told me that I had to pay them $100 for each picture I took. I told them how about you make a guest appearance on my blog. He just looked at me like I was crazy! Crazy or not I am so happy to have a beautiful GREEN Lawn, and no more DIRT Now comes the hard work of keeping it watered.
**** all the pictures are out of order and I blogger wont let me change them DANG****
