Girly girl!

Kenidee loves Shoes and Purses. A few days ago Rachelle came over to see us and Kenidee put on her high hills they are a good size hill so Rachelle had to help her walk but she was in heaven. (I forgot to turn them oops)

What a great night.

Last night we had such a good night. We went to dinner with Rachelle and an old College friend Trevor I hadn't seen in years! He got to meet Kenidee and Robin. It was fun to see him and to chat with him again.
Then we went to the Rexburg Temple Open house, with my brother Justen and his Wife Bri. This was Robin's first time going to and open house for a Temple. The temple is Beautiful. I love it. I wish everyone could be able to go to an open house. The whole temple has a wheat theme, there is wheat everywhere on the carpets, on the railings, in the stained glass. I only wish we could have had more time to just look and take all the many details inside. We can't wait to go back after it is dedicated.
While we were going on the tour, our group was going into one room and another group was going out and I saw Tyson (a friend from high school )and his family. We hadn't seen them in forever. It was great to be able to talk to them after the tour.
All in all it was a wonderful night, friends, family, and the temple.

New Words!

Kenidee says a few new words: Delicious and Chocolate. When she is done drinking something she also does the aaah noise. I love it! I did coach her on delicious but she did chocolate all by her self. (she is so smart)

I give her a little mix of cereal and raisins, one day I decided to put a few chocolate chips in the mix. A few days later I gave her the same little snack but with out the chocolate chips, she brought the cup back to me and said "more mommy" I told her look you still have lots eat that then I will give you more. She went and sat back down then she came to me a few minutes later and said "more mommy.... more cockolate peese" What could I do I had to give her some.

She is growing up so fast. Everyday she is looking more and more like a little girl and not my little baby. It is fun watching her learn new things and figuring out things on her own she has started mimicing whatever Robin and I do. SCARY

Christmas pictures

Christmas in Lake Tapps

This year we got to go to Washington for Christmas. (thank you Skip and Judy) We were so excited to go and see family and old friends. We were a little nervous about Kenidee's sleeping habits in Washington, because she will only sleep in her own bed. Skip and Judy got robin's little brothers crib down and all cleaned. Robin did more then his far share of sleeping with Kenidee in the lazy boy. By the end of the week Kenidee was doing a little better.
Robin and I had made a list of all the places we wanted to eat that we missed so much. I do have to say it was hard to get them all in in 6 days but we did it!
Kenidee loves dogs and Robin's family has three little cocker spaniels . Every morning she would wake up and say DADA.... then pant and bark like a dog. She would get so excited that she would wave her arms so fast I thought they were going to fall off. Many times when we would try to put her down for a nap she would start barking and panting like a dog. She was in heaven! When we first got there Judy would put the dogs in her room for the safety of Kenidee but by the end of the week we would have to put the dogs in the bedroom for the safety of the dogs. Kenidee was also fascinated buy the dogie door. She never tried to climb out it but she did kick it with her feet and once tried to hold it shut so a dog couldn't get in.
We had so much fun. We flew back to Idaho on the 26. we were late getting out of Seattle and thought we would miss our connecting flight from Boise to Idaho falls, but they held the plane for us. we went from one plane to the other. When we got to Idaho falls we waited for our bags and 2 showed up and the one with all of our clothing didn't make it. They told us it would be in with the 7:00 flight later that night and they would deliver it. we didn't get it until 3:00pm the next day, because all the flights were delayed and the 7:00 flight didn't come in until 11:30 that night. So if we would have missed that flight from Boise to Idaho falls we wouldn't have gotten in till 11:30 that night! I am so glad that they held that plane for about 10 people.
