night night baby

Today I was getting Kenidee ready for her nap , and looking for the magic Binky when I heard a door shut. By the time I found the Binky and went into our room kenidee was sitting in the rocking chair holding her baby doll wrapped in a baby burp cloth. Then I noticed that she had also turned on her night night music. I thought it was so cute that she was putting her baby to bed. When I picked her up and gave her the magic Binky she shared it with her baby and started humming to her. I rocked her for a while then laid her down in her bed and told her night night, and she holds her baby up to me and said night night baby? so I had to tell the baby night night too.
I thought it was so cute and wanted to share it with all of you.

Splash Park

Last tuesday Bri and I took Kenidee and Mitch to the splash park. The splash park is so neat. one it is free, and during the summer the schools do free lunch for kids from 1-18. So we go and have lunch and play in the water. The kids loved it. Kenidee loves playing in the little fountans they are just her size but as the day went on she got more brave. I put her down the slide, she loved it. I got so wet! I looked like I went down the slide.

Bri and I decided that we would go once a week. The kids love it and it is something different for them to do.

Parades and Rodeo's

One thing I love about summer is parade and Rodeo in Rigby. At the parade we always sit in the same spot, in front of the funeral home, and all the cousins come and we all watch the parade together. Before the parade started Kenidee was running and fell twice in about 10 min. I think that ruined the whole parade for her. She wanted to be held and hated the fire trucks, well anything loud. She loved the horses and the dancers. She didn't want to get down to get candy so her nice cousins would bring her some candy.
Then later that night there was the Rodeo! Nothing is better then the smell of stinky animals and greasy hamburgers. yummy! Nothing beats the taste of a Rodeo hamburger, I crave them. I shared mine with Kenidee and she ate most of it. The girl knows a good thing when she tastes it I guess.
We also went with our friends who will soon be our neighbors, Kristina, Dan & and their daughter. We had so much fun and I can't wait to do it again next year.

At the park

For memorial day weekend, (I know late) Justen, Mitchell, and our little family went to the park to meet Bri (j's wife) for lunch. Kenidee and Mitch had so much fun. They both got to be so brave. They would slide down slides and run across the bridge on the "big toy" They are both such cute kids. Justen started calling them little red and toe head!

Making Cookies

This morning Kenidee and I made Cookies. She loved it infact she tasted everything I put in. It was driving me nuts but she tasted the flour, salt, sugars, vanilla, baking powder, salt.... everything. I would tell her Kenidee that is yuckie and she would look at me like I was crazy and say yummy cookies. After I got done scraping the side of the bowl from all the wet ingredients, I turned around to get something else and when I came back she was licking the scraper saying yummm yummm. So I washed the scraper but I do have to say they are not the most sanitary cookies, I guess we wont be taking them to anyone. I let her lick the beater and she loved it! while the cookies were baking I had to show her 20 times the cookies in the oven, she wanted one so bad. Being the "good " mom that I am I made her eat lunch first then I let her have cookies, she wasn't so fond of them, she nibbled on them a bit and got chocolate everywhere but she would much rather have the cookie dough.
She must take after her Grandma Ju Ju and her dad. Yes she still has her morning hair... way cute huh!

Wiggin' out!

So what happens when a family birthday party is over, and you have had your fill on yummy food and cake and ice cream? Well usually we all lie around and talk but this party was different... Have you ever wondered what would happen to a party when you break out a super cool wig?! Well let me tell you things get a little crazy! We laughed and laughed! There were some super cool dance moves and some very odd poses. I suggest that everyone invest in a super cool wig and take it to your next party to see what your wig can do.

If you know my brother Justen He has no hair and when he did have hair it was blond. It was so funny to see him with dark hair.
Robin told me never to cut my hair like this. Hey I thought it was hot! :)
Things got a little crazy with Bri the wig makes you do strange things.
Rod...Rod Stewart is that you... nope just Glen

We even got Mitchell to wear it.

Why I ask Does Rachelle look cute in everything? Andria business in the front party in the back.
Can we ever get this kid to do a normal look? umm NO!

This movie is kind of dark and really short but I hope you get the just of it.
