This weekend was so very fun, all in all. We went to Logan Utah for my niece Hailee's baby blessing. We Rode down in the BIG funeral home van! We have so much fun singing and laughing. Kenidee didn't sleep the whole way down.
We went to Liz's house to help her get all ready for the blessing day. We then went back to the hotel and went swimming then to dinner. Kenidee was so tired at dinner but she wont miss a beat. Someone is having fun and she wants to be having fun too. I guess she is a party animal.
We went back to the hotel so she could go to bed. She went to sleep really good. I was surprised because she wont sleep anywhere but in her own bed. (drives me nuts) So Robin went to my parents room to finish watching a movie. I told him I would stay in the room and read (Eclipse) by the light of the bathroom. I moved a chair over by the door and read.
So we got to bed late. I had to finish just one more chapter then just one more. those of you who have read these books know what I am talking about.
Anywho....Kenidee woke up at 2:00 ish SCREAMING!!! she was in and out but when she would wake up is was a terrible scream. She finally went to bed around 5.
I thought for sure she would fall asleep in church....nope at least at my sisters house. She did after everyone had left but robin had to hold her. So it was a cat nap. I then thought for sure on the way home... she would be out. NOPE!!!! Awake the whole way back to Rexburg.
We might have to wait awhile before we can go back to a hotel

Ohhh, I hate staying in hotl rooms with little kids. Over the summer when we stayed in a hotel, I put Ambree in a pack and play in the bathroom because she goes down before Cade. But then I no where to put cade unless I wanted to shut off all the lights and go to bed at 8:00 too. . . so he was up very late every night. Oh, and then when we had to go to the bathroom that was a problem too with Ambree in there! Sometimes traveling/vacationing with kids is more work than a vacation. Just wait until you have two kids! :)
I love Eclipse too! I stayed up WAY too late reading it too... do you think we can wait a whole year for the next one?
Sounds like Kenidee is a party animal like her mom and dad. Vacations are not for sleeping!

Both of my kids started sleeping through the night when they were only a couple of months old!!! I guess I was spoiled. We will have to see what happens with this new one!!!! Maybe I will luck out and get another sleeper!!!!!
Where are you guys building your new house?
Ooooh...I feel the SAME way about hotels! What a crummy thing to spend that much money and then not have a good night's sleep--
